A timeless party favorite! Creamy, tangy, and perfectly seasoned, these deviled eggs are simple to make and always the first to disappear.

Ingrédients:

hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika (for garnish), chives (optional).

Instruction:

Slice boiled eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives if desired. Serve chilled and watch them vanish.
