Succulent Grilled Ribeye Steak Topped with Garlic Butter and Rosemary


Preheat a grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle the ribeye steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and cracked black pepper on both sides.

Place the steak on the hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired level of doneness.

While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Spoon the browned garlic butter over the rested steak, garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve immediately.
